In summer, aqua aerobics and muscle-strengthening sessions are offered every morning, supervised by our activity leader.
To round off your relaxation and fitness, enjoy our fitness room for a small fee (priced per person). It is open all year round: cardio training, fitness, weight training and personalised coaching.
Ride the wave
It is the perfect opportunity to try surfing. No experience needed to enjoy an unforgettable, thrill-packed sporting stay.
Our partner, the SAMA SAMA school, offers lessons (from age 6) from May to October. Based in Mimizan, the school also rents quality surf equipment for all levels (-10% off surf lessons for Village guests).
The Lespecier surf school also offers group or private lessons from April to October. The school is located on the wild Lespecier beach.
